Cancellation Policy

We get it—life happens! Plans change, flights get rescheduled, or maybe you just realized your boss won’t let you escape to paradise (how rude!). No worries, here’s how our cancellation policy works:

  • Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in, and you’ll get 100% of your money back—no hard feelings!
  • Partial Refund: If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, we’ll refund 30% of the total booking amount (since last-minute bookings are usually offered at a discount, this helps us find new guests in time).
  • No Refund: If you cancel less than 14 days before check-in, the full amount will be charged. Since we’re on an island, it’s nearly impossible to find another guest on such short notice. This apartment is our only livelihood, and we simply can’t afford to lose out on a booked stay.
  • 24-Hour Grace Period: Changed your mind? If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you’ll get a full refund, as long as it’s at least 14 days before check-in.

💡 Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that some situations are beyond your control. In serious cases—such as the passing of a loved one—we may be able to find a fair solution together. Just reach out to us.

🚀 Missed Flights & No-Shows: Flight cancellations, especially due to weather conditions, are not uncommon. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for missed flights or no-shows, but in the interest of our guests, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected inconveniences.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed immediately after cancellation and typically take 3-5 business days to appear on the original payment method. In rare cases, this process can take up to 15 days, depending on the financial institution.
